Information collected
When you submit the workflow application, Prime Mind AI collects the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company information, workflow description, approximate volume, timing, and investment range.
Free AI starter guide
When you ask for the free guide, we save your email, the request date, where the request came from, and the contact notice shown on the form. We also save a one-way code based on your network address to limit spam. We do not save the full address in the guide record. You can open the Task Finder right away. No call or setup is needed. Titus may send one email to ask if it helped. This does not add you to a newsletter or book a call.
A guide request is not a verified email address, a workshop signup, or a purchase. We do not sell these email addresses or send them to Google Analytics. Reply no thanks to stop follow-up, or email start@primemindai.com to ask us to remove your request. Our web host may still keep normal request logs.
Southern Utah AI survey
The Southern Utah Business AI Adoption Survey collects business location, industry, team size, AI adoption stage, tools, uses, policies, training, obstacles, recurring work, and optional written responses. Name, company, email, and phone are optional. Prime Mind AI will report survey findings in aggregate and will not identify an individual participant or company without separate permission.
If you choose the optional contact-consent box, Prime Mind AI may contact you about your response. An anonymous response is not treated as a sales lead.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate inquiries, respond when requested, improve services, prepare aggregate research, protect forms from abuse, and maintain business records. Submitting a form does not create a consulting relationship.
Technical information
The site may collect basic technical information needed for security and measurement, such as referral source, browser information, and a one-way hash derived from the network address used to submit a form. The forms do not intentionally store the full network address in the lead or survey record.
Prime Mind AI uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and whether the website produces completed applications. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. Prime Mind AI does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other submitted field values to Google Analytics. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
Sharing
Prime Mind AI does not sell workflow-application or survey information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, security, and professional service providers as needed to operate the business, or disclosed when legally required.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, protected health information, financial account data, confidential client records, or other sensitive personal information through a website form.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and survey records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email start@primemindai.com or call (435) 900-7078.
