Training-led AI consulting for real business work

Stop collecting AI tools.
Start building capability.

We provide practical AI consulting and train owners and employees on the work they already do: email, research, meetings, documents, analysis, marketing, planning, and repeatable workflows. Your people practice, keep the playbook, and know when human judgment must take over.

Useful on Monday, still yours next year. No generic keynote. No artificial dependency on a consultant.

What participants can learn

Choose the work that would make the biggest difference.

We do not promise to cover everything in one session. We choose the workflows that fit the roles, tools, and business outcomes in front of us.

Email + communication

Move from blank page to thoughtful review.

Summarize threads, prepare grounded replies, identify missing information, and track follow-up without handing company promises to a machine.

Useful for: service, sales, operations, leadership
Documents + knowledge

Find, compare, and use information.

Extract decisions, compare versions, prepare reports, draft procedures, and answer questions from approved source material.

Useful for: administration, HR, finance, compliance
Research + decisions

Prepare better before a person decides.

Research companies and questions, organize evidence, test assumptions, surface uncertainty, and prepare a concise decision brief.

Useful for: owners, managers, sales, analysts
Marketing + growth

Create from company knowledge, not thin air.

Turn real customer questions and approved expertise into useful content, campaign drafts, offers, landing-page outlines, and sales preparation.

Useful for: marketing, sales, subject experts
Planning + execution

Turn goals and meetings into work that moves.

Create project briefs, task lists, checkpoints, meeting summaries, owners, risks, and next actions from reliable source material.

Useful for: leadership, projects, operations
Tools + safeguards

Know what to use, protect, and verify.

Understand when ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, reusable skills, connected tools, or simple automation make sense, and where they do not.

Useful for: everyone using AI at work

A strong fit

Your team wants to do better work, not watch an AI show.

  • The owner can identify roles or recurring responsibilities that matter
  • Participants can practice with approved examples from their work
  • The company wants shared methods, review rules, and measurable adoption
  • Leadership will support 30 days of practice after the session
What this is not

No generic keynote. No magic prompt. No mystery system.

  • We do not teach employees to paste sensitive information into random tools
  • We do not promise every task will become ten times faster
  • We do not remove human review from important decisions or communication
  • We do not make clients dependent on us to run the workflows they learned

Questions before bringing AI training to your business.

We can begin with one person, one team, or a free 20-minute conversation about where useful capability would matter most.

What does the training cover?

The curriculum follows the roles in the room. It can include email, research, meetings, documents, analysis, marketing preparation, planning, reusable workflows, tool selection, fact-checking, and data safety.

Can we use our own documents and work?

Yes, when the company approves the material and the selected tools are appropriate for its sensitivity. We can also create realistic practice examples when real data should not be used.

Which AI tools do you teach?

We may use ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, connected tools, reusable skills, or approved company systems. The work and data boundaries determine the tool, not the other way around.

Can beginners and experienced users attend together?

Yes, but the pre-session survey matters. We identify shared foundations and role-specific breakouts so experienced users are not held back and beginners are not abandoned.

How much does a team session cost?

The Practical AI Team Sprint is $2,500 remotely or onsite in Southern Utah, and $4,500 onsite outside Southern Utah. Remote sessions include up to 15 people and onsite sessions include up to 20.

Can you build the workflows after training?

Yes. We can help with integrations, custom tools, safeguards, and measurement when the business case supports it. That work is optional.

Do you work outside Utah?

Yes. Remote training is available across the United States. The onsite Team Sprint is $4,500 outside Southern Utah.
