What practical AI consulting looks like

Consult the business. Train the people. Build only what helps.

Our consulting begins with the owner, the team, and the work itself. Employees learn faster when examples come from responsibilities they recognize, and larger systems are recommended only when the economics support them.

Email + customer response

Turn a blank reply into a short review.

Summarize an inquiry, prepare a grounded response, find missing information, and keep promises, pricing, and unusual situations with people.

Practice: inbox triage, replies, follow-up, appointments
Documents + operations

Make information easier to use.

Compare documents, extract decisions, prepare reports, draft procedures, summarize meetings, and keep sources available for review.

Practice: reports, SOPs, proposals, meeting actions
Marketing + sales

Create useful communication without more noise.

Research accounts, turn customer questions into content, prepare campaigns, summarize conversations, and plan thoughtful follow-up.

Practice: research, content, offers, sales preparation
Tools + judgment

Know what to use, protect, and check.

Choose the right tool, give it useful context, protect company information, verify results, and recognize decisions that belong with a person.

Three useful ways to begin

Start small enough to learn. Build only when it helps.

Training is the front door. Implementation is available when the first useful workflows need deeper connections or safeguards.

A strong local fit

The business wants capability, not another motivational talk.

  • Typically 5 to 200 employees or an owner with meaningful recurring work
  • The owner can name roles or responsibilities where better AI use would matter
  • Employees can practice with approved examples from their actual work
  • The team wants reusable habits and measurable improvement within 30 days
A useful local advantage

Train in person, then keep momentum remotely.

  • Work beside the people who perform the job
  • Use examples and language the team already understands
  • Practice for 30 days with a shared playbook
  • Use remote office hours or implementation only when useful

What will our team actually learn?

We choose examples based on the roles in the room. Common areas include email, customer follow-up, research, meetings, documents, spreadsheet analysis, marketing preparation, planning, and repeatable workflows. Participants also learn what information to protect and where a person must review the result.

Is the training hands-on and in person?

Yes. We offer private, hands-on sessions in the St. George area. Your people practice on realistic work, then keep the workflows and playbook. Follow-up and implementation can continue remotely when that saves time.

How much does it cost?

The seven-day AI Owner Jumpstart is $1,000 for one owner or key employee. The Practical AI Team Sprint is $2,500 remotely or onsite in Southern Utah, and $4,500 onsite outside Southern Utah. Qualified AI Workflow Buildouts start at $9,500.

Do we need ChatGPT, Claude, or another tool already?

No. We can work with approved tools you already have or recommend a sensible starting point. The tool follows the work, data boundaries, and people involved.

Will we need Prime Mind AI forever?

No. The point is to give your people useful capability and reusable workflows. We remain available for office hours, advanced integrations, and technical buildouts when you want help.

Do you work outside St. George?

Yes. We serve Southern Utah through a mix of in-person and remote work, and work remotely with qualified businesses throughout the United States.
